Booking & Payment:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

• The remaining balance ($200 + tax) is due on or before your session date.

• Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a deposit.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another session if rescheduled within 30 days (subject to availability).

• Cancellations within 72 hours of your session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Session Details:

• Each session lasts 15 minutes and includes 15 edited digital photos for up to 6 people.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your full session time.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to stay on schedule.

Delivery:

• Final edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 10–14 business days.

• Additional edited images may be purchased for $15 each.
